Planning Raw Material (Fresh Fruit & Vegetable) Supply

Every year, agricultural production planning is carried out based on factory production programme. A ‘Contractual Farming’ contract is signed by individual farmers. It includes all details of agricultural product quality, quantity, delivery terms etc. For this purpose, farmers are selected by considering closest fields for plantation to the factory. Reliable farmers are selected for contractual farming based on existed raw material supplier assessment system.
The areas and field sizes are selected by considering harvesting times of the fields, the production plans and the capacity of the factory.
